Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is 19 miles and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is 56 miles. We have also created a private group within our private community where you can find other guys to carpool with. Join that here!

Our check-in time is 12pm-5pm on Friday, September 20 and check-out is 12:00pm on Sunday, September 22. In some situations, we can accept special requests.

The cabins have bunkrooms with double twin bunks, private rooms with king, queen or bunks and we allot one person per bed and there are enough beds to sleep about 450.

We will have a self-assigned rooming spreadsheet and you can choose your cabin, bed and any bunkmates you choose.

No, CPYL is a pet free environment. 

Smoking is not permitted in any of the Carolina Point buildings. There is a smoking pit available. Vaping is not allowed.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Carolina Point property.

Yes, if you’d like to purchase any snacks or merchandise from The Exchange or The Mason Jar.

No, all linens and bath towels are provided. Bring a towel for swimming.

There is no cell service in the main camp area. While there is Wifi, it is limited to Camp Director and Leaders. Please give your family the camp phone number 828-513-0828.

Early bird registration ends May 31, 2024 ($275) and then the price increases to $300.

The deadline to register is September 1, 2024. If you are trying to register after that date, please email retreat@dadtired.com.

Yes. We have generous donors, who help to make it possible for anyone who wants to attend to receive funding to attend the retreat. Please submit your request here.

•Full refunds are available for ticket cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the event.
•If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
•You have the option to transfer your ticket to another participant at any time.
•Alternatively, you may choose to donate the entire ticket amount to our Scholarship Fund.
•Please note that 7 days before the event, all tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable. At this point, your contribution will directly support the Dad Tired mission.
